Categories: Nature, Space, Abstract, Cyberpunk, Minimalist, and more. Images are pre-generated and optimized for fast loading.

High-quality photos from Unsplash, organized by category. Choose a category and the background rotates through curated images.

Default categories: Nature, Space, Bitcoin, Abstract, Ocean, Forest, Beaches, Mountains, Aurora, Animals, Coffee, Cyberpunk, Fibonacci — plus preset suggestions you can add like Sunset, Marble, Lightning, and more.

📁 My Images

Upload your own images from your device. They stay in your browser — nothing is uploaded to any server. Supports up to 14 images.

🎨 Solid Colors & Gradients

Pick a single color or gradient. Good for minimal setups where you want your widgets to stand out. Includes an "Auto" option that picks time-appropriate colors.

Rotation

Backgrounds can rotate automatically or manually:

• Manual — Click the refresh button to get a new image
• Every new tab — Fresh image each time you open a tab
• Hourly / Daily / Weekly / Monthly — Timed rotation at the selected interval

Settings

Access background settings by clicking the image icon (🖼️) in the app pill at the bottom-right of the screen.

The panel has four tabs:

• Images — Unsplash photography categories
• AI — AI-generated CDN wallpapers
• My Images — Your uploaded images
• Colors — Solid colors and gradients

From here you can:

• Switch between sources using the tabs
• Choose a category within each source
• Set rotation interval (via the clock icon)
• Use "Auto" mode for time-aware selection
• Use "Random" mode to shuffle within a source
